Not really. You can have quality and still be naive which leads to mistakes. Whereas an experienced pro with lesser quality will know how to "manage a game" if you like. Ndoye has both experience and quality so it doesn't really matter either way .
If you have sufficient quality you aren't naive

Re: 2016 Summer Transfer Speculation
That N'Doye after watching those clips looks a beast of a frame and can see him being a good signing, i never was convinced when seeing Gana before we signed him as he looked too fragile but N'Doye has power and good in the air, i like the look of him for us,
Cheers for that video link Thriller, and Narla for the Jedinak update GOOD TIMES!

Re: 2016 Summer Transfer Speculation
Our Center halves are not massive and so more physical presence in midfield would be a big positive.

Looking forward to it, he would be one for the future IMO, but you never know he could get stuck in early. Its great to see us bringing in all this experience (leaders), its something we have sadly missed over the last few years, this mix of youth & experience can only be good for the club, looking forward to tomorrow for a change.

More to the point we need leaders who are going to put in 100% effort throughout a match. The aim is to get back into the Championship ASAP. We have youth in Ayew (24), Gollini (21), Grealish (20), Traore (20), Green (18), Tshibola (21), Amavi (22) and even Bacuna (24), Gardner (24) and Westwood (26) are relatively young. Sure, we all want to bring in youth with a big future and try to keep them here when they get good, but they need proven, experienced players in core positions.
If we get promoted this season we can buy in better, younger players. Needs must.

Re: 2016 Summer Transfer Speculation
One of the things often overlooked with Jedinak is that he wasn't one of those Aussie's like Harry Kewell that left his homeland at a very early age to try his luck in the big leagues. He was playing in the A-League not so long ago so his knees and ankles haven't been subjected to the brutality of English football matches and training expectations.
I'd honestly take 2 years off his real age to get a more accurate understanding of the vintage of the player we're getting.

Daily Star claiming reports are saying we have signed and rubber stamped Diawara for £14.6 million
Also Bamford on his way and we are in other reports close to signing N'Doye from Angers so that's Diawara Jedinak and maybe N'Doye added in midfield
ASTON VILLA are set to sign Bologna star Amadou Diawara, according to reports.
Italian news outlet Tutto Sport claim Villa have agreed a £14.8m fee for the midfielder.
It's suggested personal terms with the playmaker have also been rubber stamped.

Blimey, it ain't half getting exciting. Maybe the entire world would be better off if American's stopped trying to run things and let the Chinese have a go?

There's only one Dr T one Dr T!!
Honestly after all the worry some rightly some OTT with Dr T looking at him now the guy oozes Villa and our club's best interests, he is ambitious aiming for the stars and building a structure at our club we have not seen with people in positions that are bloody good at there job and somehow yet he has managed to attract RDM Clarke Wyness Round to us in the Championship and is spending the money to rebuild our club and pride, i honestly think we will be looking back in about 5 years time and thanking our lucky stars he saved our club from the perils we were facing under Lerner, i can see a statue of him being put up and asked for by Villans when he wins us big trophies i just got this feeling he will see through what he sets out and that is to make us great again :)
