I am still on the fence reference that takeover, if I am honest I am more in the side that it won't happen. There is just not enough info for me to think we are sold.

Is it? sure the club is up for sale but it makes very little sense not tying down assets. Not even Lerner is that crazy.

We all have hope. I think we fans have been through so much cr*p, we all need some good news but I honestly can not remember what the good old days feel like. We have become the team that is virtually tipped to go down, we are the team that most others think they can beat. Villa needs a huge shake up, this can only come from new owners.

I dont mind Gabby signing a new contract... as long as its at a rate more in line with his performance. As in REDUCED.

Gabby should remain at Villa- but personally I hope he becomes an impact sub and spot starter from now on- NOT a full time regular. I believe we have stronger options now in our squad.
