How much money have chinese owners of european teams spent on players?...they buy clubs as a way of opening further doors and investment opportunities, not to throw away millions of chinese hard-earned!!!
Can you honestly see Dalian Wanda spending millions and millions and millions on Aston Villa?

I think other than some crazy middle eastern oil barron buying us....or maybe the Qatari royal family, we can forget any ideas of a mega bucks sugar daddy....especially as Leicester have now proved that it doesn't take £300m+ to compete!!

Was this around the time that the arse started falling out of the Chinese economy? It may have been that the government put the brakes on foreign investment (I believe companies have to get the nod from The People in order to spend big - could be wrong though).

As for the goings on at Villa Park and the training grounds, again staff have been told that the place has to be absolutely tip top so they're working overtime to get that done (I believe some staff were in at 6am to ensure this happens). Is this to impress a new visitor looking to buy or getting the place up to hand-over condition?

Where QPR stuffed up is that spent a lot of money on very average players. They have have had a couple of big names, but they were past their peak.

I'd be excited by a Chinese takeover as long as it's not a Carson Yeung type figure.

If the Chinese market was opened up it would mean a huge revenue stream would be available and there may not be the need for that big an initial investment to start seeing the success. In my opinion, if we are talking with Chinese investors they will know very well the opportunity a club like Villa brings them.

Yes mate I believe it was, and pretty sure it had an impact on the group HH was involved with last summer.

The Chinese economy is still very fragile. Just can't see it personally.

Just have to be careful that no names are mentioned, for obvious reasons mate. Little bits of info come out and we put them on here. Sod the slating from people, water off a ducks arse crack to be truthfull. We do not feel the need to keep things to ourselves , like secret little squirrels, unlike some other sites. Anything that comes our way is shared with the members and is what has been told to us at that particular time. Sometimes it goes tits up, sometimes it turns out to be correct. Not a lot we can do if the club is being run by complete buffoons fella.
