Obviously that makes a lot of sense not even naming him in the 25 man squad!

He and Vlaar at the beginning of last season were superb until injuries took hold of them.
So I presume that he is now fit, still at the club, still paying his wages, sitting at home?

If any company was run like Villa they would go bankrupt!

In our position we need the experienced PL players playing or in the match day squad but what do I know.
I just despair at the total ineptitude shown at the club that I love!

I get that there may have been a personality conflict with Sherwood; these sorts of things happen.

But he didn't even get on the bench in a cup game! If he's being frozen out, he wouldn't be training with the first team so what exactly is going on?

So what has to happen to get Senderos back in the squad - do we have to drop someone to make space, and if so is it an instant send-the-FA-the-paperwork-by-Monday sort of thing?

If that's all it takes, then it has to be a case of "Oi, Keiran mate, put those cones down and pop over here for a quick word can you son. You know that Pilates Grand Master Certification 6 month retreat in Bora Bora that you were saying looks interesting, I think I might be able to do something for you there..............

As a manager you are never going to get on with everybody but what makes a good manager is the ability to get the most out of ALL your players and not have bomb-squads and falling outs!

Falling out with people is ok as long as you can say "Look, you don't like me and that's ok. We just don't see eye to eye. But I need you to do a job....etc and so on".

I'll bet Sherwood hasn't even spoken to him in months. He even wrote him off in the media.

I could understand it more if he had even played any game at all for 'sugarbag' and was utter crap but I have to say when I saw him he was pretty solid and definitely what we now need more than ever!

The situation Sherwood found himself in, to not even give Kozak a go shows how poor he really was!

I think we all said the same about Helenius at times last year and in the end it came out he had all sorts of troubles that meant he couldn't play. I'm sure there's some reason that Kozak isn't making squads because it surely can't be football related especially given the pre-season he had banging in the goals

We can't amend the 25man squad until January, so he (Senderos) can't feature for us until then, and thats only if they want to amend the 25man squad to include him. But yes, until that happens he turns up and trains every day and collects his wages, any normal club would have got him a loan somewhere to subsidise the wage bill aspect.

Same applies to the Zog, it amazes me just how badly our club is run!
Long term contracts given out to mediocre players who are never going to make the first team!
