Can't imagine what line up we'll put out without Benteke and Agbonlahor. Can't see any of other strikers scoring. Doesn't make for much hope. We need a moment of brilliance from Delph or a Bacuna/Westwood freekick.

I can't wait to see what super-genius Lambert does now.
The downside is that he has a ready-made excuse to "go again".
For me though, he built the team, he got complete clowns like Bowery in as back up, he bought Sylla as back up, he has bought so many left backs that we're paper thin everywhere so even with these injuries, a loss should see nothing else blamed but Lambert long term planning.

Team news - Villa v Fulham.
Villa have made four changes for this afternoon's Barclays Premier League clash against Fulham.
Grant Holt comes into the attack in place of Christian Benteke, who suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon in training on Thursday.
Nathan Baker replaces Ciaran Clark in defence, while Matt Lowton and Joe Bennett are in for Fabian Delph and Gabby Agbonlahor.
Agbonlahor missed training earlier in the week with a bug.

VILLA: Guzan, Lowton, Vlaar, Baker, Bertrand, Westwood, Bennett, Bacuna, Albrighton, Weimann, Holt. Subs: Steer, Sylla, Tonev, Clark, Robinson, Luna, Bowery.
