Man Utd v Aston Villa Sat 4th April 3pm.

I thought I'd put this up early because international breaks are bloody boring!

Only nine days to go! Let's get on with the only thing that matters .... Staying in the Premier League!

Man U usually beat us for fun, they must love playing us. Will it be different this time? Tim Sherwood has made a difference, but will it be enough to grab an invaluable point? You'll notice I didn't mention three points, because I'm trying to be a bit realistic here. Am I underrating us?

What do you think? Is there anything in this match for us, or do we just have to hope for no more injuries or suspensions and the visit from QPR three days later?

I'm going for a one or two goal loss. I wish I could be more confident.

I'm sort of expecting us to get beat, because they have looked better lately. But at the same time, their best performances seem to have come against the top sides and away from Old Trafford.

I think we may be able to sneak something, although with Sherwood insisting on 4-4-2, I think it's highly likely we'll concede.

I also really hope Gil plays. I know I keep banging on about it, but I don't care 

I agree about Gil, he can be different class and should feature for a significant part of matches.

Can't see us winning unfortunately. But will put up a fight

He had one bad half against Stoke where he got bullied and we haven't seen him since. Up to then he was different class. Please bring him back Tim.

Sneaky draw for me, maybe even a sneaky win. Just got a feeling that we will be well up for this game.
Echo the Gill sentiments also. He will be a handfull for UTD.

It seems like a long time since we got edged out by Swansea. I can't wait until next Saturday .... bring it on!

A sign of progress. Gone from a thrashing to a simple loss.

This is one of the fixtures that sometimes make me question whether I want us to remain in the PL. A defeat just seems so inevitable. Although I probably said that in 2009.

It appears that Okra has had a scan on his knee due to swelling whilst on international duty. Typical. :x

According to the highly accurate site "Sport Physio Room" Villa have the highest number of injuries in the Premier League. We have eleven players out injured! In contrast Man U only have three injuries. It's going to be a real factor in our relegation battle.

If we simply try and limit the damage it could be ugly. If we have a go it'll make Man Utd have to defend a bit and maybe we can pinch a goal. Or at the very least gain some confidence in an unlucky loss.

Go out guns blazing, shock the fekkers. Utd will think it will be an easy win for them, so lets make a game of it.
Typical though the only time utd start to come into some form is when they played spurs and no doubt Villa. I would LOVE  to beat them, so I am going for a draw.
Lets hope all the teams under us lose and we scrape a point. UTV

Sickening poor defeat me thinks.. 0-3 ...Why? coz it's always the same story against them and i've noticed their improved form has coincided with a few dodgy decisions going their way too surprise surprise :o
