Can't believe any new owners first move would be to sell a player to your local rivals (Derby not us)

very interesting read, especially about the bit in regards to derby and forest rivalry, they fockin hate each other like us and blues, I went to the forest friendly few years back and our end was full of derby fans!! I spoke to some and asked why they were there and they said they take every opportunity possible to see forest get smashed!!

Shame we lost that match then! Americans understand very little about the UK it seems to me.

Amazing, the yanks well on their way to trashing Forest now by the looks of it after earlier destroying this club too!
Even Man U are not the club they once were under US ownership (Although that is hilarious)
I think it's right that they just don't "get" English football at all.

Lansbury not playing for Forest tomorrow as boss says "his head isn't in the right place to play" (maybe it's up his arse like Gabby's). Also confirmed Forest have received a "big bid" for the midfielder.

Article suggests we're after two of Delph, Cleverly, Lansbury and Matty James

Re: January '17 Transfer Window
No problem at all with Cleverley ... he was never ours.
Some problem with Delph because of his loyalty speech but it comes down to getting promoted and he is exactly the kind of player we need now.
Cleverley, Delph, Lansbury, Tish. That can take us places

Re: January '17 Transfer Window
Birmingham Mail Saying club have denied Delph rumours.
Aston Villa have strongly denied any interest in re-signing Fabian Delph.
The Manchester City midfielder left in the summer of 2015 and has struggled to nail down a regular starting berth at the Etihad Stadium.
Delph only has 779 minutes of Premier League football under his belt at City, all of which came last season.
Reports emerged today that Delph is a loan target for boss Steve Bruce this month as he looks to reshape his midfield.
But the Birmingham Mail has been told that he will not even be considered as Villa press on with other targets.
Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury is currently the subject of a £3million offer from Villa
It's been confirmed that the 26-year-old won't feature for Forest in their FA Cup match with Wigan Athletic tomorrow. He isn't thought to be in the right frame of mind as Villa move closer to landing their man.

Re: January '17 Transfer Window
I would have delph back in a heartbeat ,this is not what me or anybody feels about the way he left,
He is the best midfielder we could get at the moment and in the the end that's best for Aston villa
I think he knows he made a mistake they way he left , if he wants to come back
#bring delph back home should be started

Any more news on Lansbury ? Seen that he can't be sold till the takeover is complete. But then that may give him a number contract and he will stay. Hope that is not the case

Delph can fuck off, keep fucking off, then fuck off some more.
This is Aston Villa And we are it's chosen fans. You fucking snake, you do not disrespect us or the club in the way you did.
How about #fuckoffsnake - I'll sign up for that one.

Thank you mate. I look forward to chatting about transfers with everyone.

He was only on 10 minutes and made more forward runs off the ball than I've seen all season.

Re: January '17 Transfer Window
someone tweeted darragh macanthony asking if it was true Villa were trying to sign Marcus Madison and he replied saying no idea but Brian little has watched him a few time this season. I don't know a lot about him but macanthony raves about him a lot. I've followed DM on twitter for years and he's probably more open than the dr so could be something in it
