Certainly is, we've gone from an owner who was completely mute when it came to communicate with us as fans, to an owner with such an energy, a willingness to keep us updated regardless of what he is up to or where in the world he is, he obviously sees how important we are to the club. UTV Pal

I've heard that RDM has shown an interest in Paddy McNair to replace Lescott! Not sure whether on loan or permanently (most likely on loan).

According to Wikipedia, he has 24 apps for the Man Utd first team since 2014, so that's alright I guess, considering the other CBs they have there.

In case anyone is interested just heard a whisper that Sinclair to Celtic is pretty much done - we've agreed a fee, he's passed the medical, the only hold up is wages

I saw this on a Celtic forum for about a week ago. Some ITK there said the Sinclair Celtic details was already finalized in a 4 year deal, the only thing that wasn't sorted was the amount of money AVFC were getting. I think Rodgers has been pretty set on this deal.

Good news,

Don't get me wrong i think he could do a job and score goals in the Championship, as he has proven previously of course, but you just feel his best days are behind him for some reason. Maybe too much on his plate with the WAG and kids etc? Who knows but that would be another place in the squad available so good news.

I honestly don't want players at this club that can't kick on in the Premier League if we get promoted. I know it's a pretty moronic way of looking at it, but I'd rather then just sell them on and get in new talent that might be able to have the level of Premier League football.

Sinclair doesn't hold that level IMO. Anything he can do I think Murphy can do as well and Murphy is about 45 years younger.

Could be a very interesting and rather busy 24-36 hrs before the big kick off, with both ins and outs. And i've no doubt we will be doing business right up to the window shutting too.

One of them could well be Hernandez from Hull. Percy saying that we want him, and he's usually one of the more reliable journalists. If so it might see Gestede going in the opposite direction.

Wouldn't complain at all tbh. Has two years experience in the Championship plus a few years in the prem. Also another leader on the pitch too and can nick a goal. I guess he'd be Sanchez's replacement.
