Tough start , there is an argument to suggest it is better to face the "big" teams earlier anyway !
The last thing you need is a promoted team away at the start of the season, obviously the most awkward time to face them ! UTV !

Isn't this something like the fourth season running that we've been drawn away for the opening game?

Crikey our opening 10 games see us play all the top 6 from last season - 6 of them in 7 games - that is tough !

We really need to take advantage of the 1st three fixtures as a sort of cushion if we can't beat the "cough, Big Boys". Gulp!

West Ham at home in 2010/11 after MON had fucked off. Growing up, we rarely ever seemed to start at home. After 1995/96 it must have been five seasons before we started at home.

I feel with no change of owner by the start of the season with those fixtures Lerner will be under tremendous pressure to sack Lambert.

We're going down this season unless we get major investment in the team.

If we dont win 2 of our first 3 games...Its fair to say we could be bottom of the league after 10 games...:O

At least we should have an easier finish if we are well and truly needing points in May to survive.

Of course on last seasons form we could lose the 1st 3 & then take 9 points from the next 4 !

Someone needs to investigate why Man Utd have been drawn all the 3 promoted clubs one after another, has that ever happened before? Bit of an easy convenience for Van Gaal just as Moyes's start was considered piss easy.
