As it stands we're 18th which doesn't feel a huge leap but it would be that all important in-contact-with- those-above position.
We'd be 3 points off 11th (as it stands)

We'd be seven points of the play-offs as things stand. My view is we need to be as close to the top six as possible by the time the January window arrives. If we're four or five points away I think we'll splash out more cash to insure we push on for the second half of the season. Midfield would obviously need strengthening and attacking midfielders/wingers will also be needed.
