Re: Jack Grealish - How far can he go ?
Trotters wrote:And he sent that as the lads in Aston Villa Fans Australia were having a dig at Jack. Read that again....Australia! He joined the group to watch what was being said. He got well arsey with one of the members last week and made some pathetic attempt at an insult which he later deleted.
It's clear that the Grealish household is awash with too much money and too little direction.
What kind of an agent does that kind of shit?
He ain't an agent though....that is Jack's biggest problem!
what a plank!

Players dads should never be allowed to be their agents it's always a recie for disaster. They will invariably blow smoke up their sons arse and make them believe they are better than they really are while constantly making wrong decisions based on what they can get now rather than long term career decisions. With this in mind I can see this plonker convincing Jack to move to another club if we go down (most likely a newly promoted one) and his career hitting the skids big time. Oh well some people won't be told, you can only be there to help then up when they fall (or kick the fu**er)

Re: Jack Grealish - How far can he go ?
Grealish's Dad parading round pubs in Solihull in his son's, three sizes smaller, semi final shirt was not a pretty sight, they tell me.
Jack had a good start as a youngster but very quickly got trumped up into someone who thinks he can select which country he plays for. A measure of how good he is, is the amount of times one of the top clubs (which we are not at the moment) try to buy him. Nobody has shown any interest. They want Villa to be the breeding ground. Meanwhile, we waste thousands of pounds on him and he gets no better. I said it before. Grealish is vastly overrated and needs to be moved on.

Spot on. We're getting relegated now and big clubs could pick any great talents we had if they wanted to. The lack of interest in Grealish speaks volumes

Grealish wasn't on for long against Man City but was shit once again when he did come on. No urgency about him at all.

Lets hope he is good enough for the championship. I have my doubts, but he and several other academy graduates will be an option. I'm most excited about Calder and that CB Toner, and to some extent Lyden, Donacien and Hepburn Murphy.

It's slightly amusing how we've released and sold academy players to the championship the last few years as they were below our standards. And next season we'll meet the lot again.

Grealish tweeted this:

Sorry but he ought to button it, whatever he might think personally!

Horrible little shitcunt. Glad to see that, apart from a few retards telling him how great he is, he's getting shit for this.
Hopefully he's one of the first out of the door when we go down and if it transpired he suffered a career-ending injury on first day of training with the new club, I'd be all kinds of distraught.

Re: Jack Grealish - How far can he go ?
In defence of Grealish. He tweeted this before the announcement. (I think 2.48).
He hasn't kicked on this season but then with our senior pros to emulate and his injuries not totally his fault. His off field behaviour is a let down admittedly.
But to wish a career ending injury on a current villa player -seriously!

He Tweeted that at 2.30pm in the afternoon. Probably after being in training.
I'm not Grealish's biggest fan but grow the fuck up people! On the same day we have a report in the paper of Richards attacking a Villa fan on Instagram this is clearly not even worth any attention.

Richards called the fan a clown. judging by a lot of comments on forums by villa fans he's probably right.

Think the next Villa manager should ban players from social media. They are paid at least £30k pw , to do a job many of us would die for. They have to make some sacrifices.

His dad posted a photo of himself waving and smiling with the Eiffel Tower in the background within moments of the news breaking of Garde leaving.
Not certain how long it was up but not very long!

Re: Jack Grealish - How far can he go ?
He can tweet whatever as long as he plays well. Unfortunately he has proven to be pretty bang average.
People used to dislike Albrighton for us, and Davis for that matter. Both are better than Grealish.

Just more proof that his moronic dad should absolutely not be Jack's agent. Unprofessional gimp

Re: Jack Grealish - How far can he go ?
I liked Albrighton but Lambert wasn't interested. I like Grealish but it depends how and where he's played. He's had some good games for us and some where he's just not featured at all, but you can say the same for most of our players this season. If the next manager works with him and plays him in a team working well together then I think he'll be very good indeed.
He's still a kid with a load of money to spend, sure he's going to go out and have fun. Sometimes he'll be a dick and because of all the hype if he puts a foot wrong (or falls asleep drunk in the middle of the road) someone's going to take a picture and someone's going to publish it.
I'm looking forward to seeing what a new manager can do. We're likely going down and with all luck will be losing the likes of Gabby, Richardson, Richards and so on, along with N'Zog who is finally out of contract. Time to rebuild (again) and see if regular starts and playing with some better players around him can bring the good footballer out of Grealish.
