A great deal of info has come from there. They are not all players and ground staff down there.

That's true but Tom Fox and the people who would be involved in it are based at Villa Park. There's been loads of rumours come out of BMH regarding the takeover and none have come true. The place is good for transfer info but this is above their pay-grade and being worked on miles from them
