Proberly the best footballing side in England coming to us on Sunday for this game. Not feeling confident about this at all.

Apparently Tiago Ilori is over his groin injury (?). With Jack back are daring to hope for a full compliment of players (excluding Amavi)?

We're going to spank them and it's a live match, so:

Arsenal looking pretty strong at the moment - they've done everything they needed to so far tonight - I tuned in to see what weakness they might show that we could exploit.
There aren't any.

I hope we've spent the week training with Richards and Okore in the team.

Lost all positivity, a drubbing is on the cards, hopefully Arsenal will take it easy on us!

I've now seen the highlights from the U21 game and if Kozak doesn't start then there's more to it than football. He's our best hope of goals and survival

Re: Aston Villa v Arsenal Sunday 13th December 2015
Did you see the body language on the bloke. Clearly miserable, clearly pissed off. Yet still scoring for fun.
At this stage, I don't care if he's a complete arsehole, a disruption to the team, or if he drags the club into disrepute by pissing on the referee....he has the ability to score goals. Get him out there for a few games and at least try to do something to save our season.
If Garde was a manipulative prick though, we could see him against Arsenal knowing we're likely to get very little possession and then drop him when he fails to score.
I'd give him at least three games. At least.

To be fair to any of them, nobody gets excited scoring for the reserves. Or shouldn't do. They all should have higher aspirations

I see nothing but an Arsenal romp in this game, it'll likely be a 3 goal winning margin.

Actually watching it, none of the senior players seemed to give a shit, their body language was poor and they didn't seem to enjoy playing football!

A perfect game for us: nothing to lose but everything to gain - points, confidence & FA CUP REVENGE!!
I'll be striding on with my hands over my ears to any defeatism, even as I tumble over the cliff.

More humiliation I fear.
After their midweek exertions I doubt that Arsenal will be firing on all cylinders but they'll be more than a match for us.

I am hoping for something from this game. A win would be fantastic, a draw would do. I just do not know if we have any fight left in us to do much. Bloody hell it's depressing.

0-3 loss i reckon. Lots of quips in the media about Garde being comprehensively done by his old boss blah blah blah

I'm hoping all this Kozak isn't good enough talk is an attempt to get one over on his mentor. Otherwise, he's stupid.

Under Garde we've already thumped ManC 0-0 and Southampton 1-1, been massacred by Everton and lost to Watford due entirely to bad luck. It's not guaranteed Arsenal will thrash us, or even win. Okore is probably back in defence and Bacuna looked good (if not amazing) at LB. If we can take the game to them we take the pressure off our defence. Ayew, Kozak and Traore (or Gil) leading the attack, with Veretout and Gueye in the middle. I don't think that's bad, and after the display at Southampton where we actually had all the players showing some fight, I think the manager and his players are up for it.

Kozak won't be anywhere near the first team squad, read the Kozak thread.
