Re: GTC v Huddersfield
I did send a PM to all. What you like? I'll use your average for this round (an average taken from one game! ). But that's a get-out-of-jail gone for you.
I'll get the spreadsheet updated and posted in a bit.

Re: GTC v Huddersfield
Very impressive turnout. The team definately isn't quality, but 35 k turnout on Tuesday is pretty good for us. Would be fantastic if we managed back to back wins and pulled a full house

Official attendance: 34,924
Sorry for the delay in posting the results. We had a few new people jump in meaning I had to re-formulate the spreadsheet.
And welcome to those new people that joined us. You're playing catch-up but one game won't hurt much come the end of the season.
I don't think it'll surprise anyone that there were very few "overguesses" this round - in fact only @gdav went over costing him 2nd place (you got shoved back to 5th buddy!)
Maybe the lack of overguessing was down to a particularly high attendance or maybe you're all scared of getting penalised for going over!
Winner this round and only 124 out was @Saunders82 Well played mate.
2nd and 3rd was @BillytheKid and @Fpuppys respectively.
And after a pretty good guess last week as well, that moves @Fpuppys into 1st place overall.
Last weeks leader @avfc forever slips back to 2nd overall, just 4 points behind.
@Wriggle because you forgot, I gave you a "get out of jail" guess which is an average of your previous guesses - hard to work THAT out
PDF is below. For all those using the mobile version that can't see the PDF, a direct link to it is HERE

Re: GTC v Huddersfield
After a bit of googling it looks like the closed section of the Trinity is 3500 seats so I think capacity at present must be around the 38k mark. I don't think it will be long before that top tier is opened up again. 33k and 35k - one of them on a Tuesday in holiday season and both of them against average Yorkshire clubs leads me to believe that if we continue to improve on the pitch, we'll see a 40k crowd (upper trinity opening dependant of course) at some stage soon.Joppe84 wrote:Very impressive turnout. He gets to run the GTC next season.
If anyone has any ideas for a prize, chime in. Maybe we can stick £2 in each and crowd fund something?

Does that mean you're also going to pull a pretty-boy off early into the contest?

Thanks mate... And I've only just noticed I have one new message
I'll try and remember from here on in!
I'd have gone around the same anyway as I didn't expect as big a crowd as we had... That's impressive and I'll have to rethink my numbers!
