Re: GTC v Huddersfield
Just a general question. Does anyone think that the holidays reduce the attendance? I was thinking that we're still in school holidays and Brummies do love to get away to the coast etc. *well I assume they do cos you can't move here in Devon without hearing someone bollocking their kids in flat Midlands vowels. So I wonder if it's a couple of thousand lower through the turnstiles in August and early September?

Yeah i think it does a bit mate, Mrs booked us and the kids for a little 3 day break over the weekend stopping me attending the game so must be the same for others, i book my tickets on a pay as you go basis so i know certain weeks i won't be able to make it with a young family that works for me, but with holidays and the kids break it must add up and effect the attendance a bit.

I tell you what Billy, if we keep winning and after the hols are over, they'll be opening that top tier again! Looked horrible on Saturday all empty. At least l was so high up in the Holte I could only see a few empty rows.BillytheKid wrote:De Kuip wrote:Just a general question. Does anyone think that the holidays reduce the attendance? Very very nearly made a typo there, missing off the last digit. That would have probably hurt me very very very badly!
