Heard he said that Lerner had no interest in the club. Thought as much.

Said we all know there's problems at the club and Lerner needs to sell up, but he's convinced we'll stay up

He was also asked if he'd consider joining the club as a defensive coach and he said "if they asked me to teach them how to not concede goals I'd do it for free tomorrow." Apparently he's good friends with Sid and doesn't like KMac at all (got his name wrong and called him Alan when leaving BMH)

Also, what I didn't know was that both his lads are Royal Marines who've been to Iraq and Afghanistan. Respect to them.

There have been a number of ex players who have volunteered to come down and help. Whilst you simply cannot undermine the manager by insisting he use such people, when someone like McGrath says he's willing to chip in, it's something you look seriously at.

He doesn't strike me as a gobshite like Collymore who you just know would be doing it for self-promotion either.
