The fact that Cleverly was played as a left winger yesterday is probably the best indicator that we won't be signing him.

That's nearly 2 weeks old mate. If he doesn't want to stay I don't know why we don't cancel his loan and send him back to United.

Certainly sounds like he feels very much part of the Villa team - can't see the point if any of what he says is fake, so whatever you think of his value or whether he will stay/go at season's end, it's great to see that enthusiasm being shown.
