Villa Rewards Flop !

I wasn't aware it was actually live - but apparently it is (you stick money on season ticket card - and use that to buy stuff at VP and you get bonus points) - Less than 100 people have joined up - But given the lack of publicity I am not convinced it ever went live ?
Any news folks ?
