Re: Wigum v Villa - match thread
We lost a bunch and the main gripe was that the style of play was non existent, now despite winning a few, the style of play is still a concern. We won't be challenging for promotion this/next season unless things improve in that department.

Out of interest, does anyone know when we last won 5 games out of 6?

Bristol, Sheffield Wednesday, Brentford, QPR, Cardiff, Preston, Newcastle, Leeds, Barnsley, Fulham, Forest, Blackburn Ipswich and even Blues FFS have all managed to put 4 or 5 past the opposition (most of them more than once!) yet we never seem to be able to give anyone in this league of massive inconsistency a proper proper beating.
And with the resources we have, that's pretty poor

BUT I think it will happen, things will click into place at some point and BAM.

Re: Wigum v Villa - match thread
Another win with the constantly rotating team sheet and half the team injured. That'll do for now in my opinion.
SB has not had a settled team yet in fact can anyone actually remember the last time we played the same team for 3 games in a row? I reckon the least number of changes has to be about 3 surely? It's bizarre actually.
I want to see what a run of games with a fully fit squad looks like.

2009/10 we won 6 on the bounce but only if you include league cup and euro qualifier games. Actual 5 out of 6 league games I've no idea. Def before 2009.
