Wheres the passion for your job too and passion for the club. I love walking upto and into villa park but most of all seeing the pitch does it for me, i get goosebumps every time i see it.

I would say that very few these days have a real passion for the game and most just see it as a very well paid job. It needs to become more performance related. A low basic, playing bonus and an actual game performance bonus (broke down into both halves, with the 1st half bonus reduced if poor play in the second half). Scoring and assist bonus. Proper fines too, training ground fines for 30, 50 or 500, they dont care its peanuts.

Anyway, goodluck SB. This job aint easy at the best of times but to rebuild this club is gonna take a special breed.

Xia has said he's spoken to McCormack about difficult personal circumstances. Would loved to have been a fly on the wall for that one. Sounds like it ended with "Man the fuck up, sweaty"
