Surely you wouldn't use the clubs address if you were planning on circumventing FFP?

Re: VICVILLA Healthy Foods....
There's an article on the Recon site about the press conference, a little section of that mentions Vicvilla and Birmingham University in the same instance, if i'm reading google translate properly, it looks like they're going to be working together. AVFC signed a partnership with the University yesterday as well.
'As committed to its mission to create health products and services company, Rui Kang will uphold the creation of human mind and dreams of a healthy life, so that more people feel and experience the football and sports bring you health and happiness. At the same time, the practice of major health concept, to extend the brand value of Aston Villa, launched the "Vic Vera" (VicVilla) new brand.
Vic Aston Villa Vera is a wholly owned subsidiary, Lotus Joint Health, and Nutrition Research Institute of the University of Birmingham to build a sports diet, in production, learning and research in the field reached a strategic cooperation, the main oil health, functional beverages, including family health and nutrition products.'

Depends on how the company's are structured. if AVFC is the parent company of VicVilla then all profits of VicVilla could be injected into AVFC.
The fact that VicVilla is registered to the clubs address would suggest that their will be some link somewhere.

Aren't Aston Villa listed as the sole share owner?
