Re: Jordan Bowery
Their previous record was about £175k ish apparently...
Amusing in a gallows humour way that he only ever scored one goal while with us & it was on the wrong net...
Very strange transfer from the beginning...

Re: Jordan Bowery
he was a decent trier, but never really looked confident on the ball & doesn't seem to be a goalscorer. cheap punt that didn't pay off, all the best to him. could do okay at Championship level.

Rotherham looked very good against us in the League Cup at the start of last season, I hope Bowery does well for them !

Re: Jordan Bowery
Bowery has good attributes but just looked out of his depth at this level.
Seems like a good bloke so hope he forges a decent career and gets a second chance at the top flight one day. Seems like a Heskey type player: hard working, team player unselfish, strong but not a goalscorer.

Pointless signing that will probably be excused through his fee which wasn't much so we don't lose much.

Re: Jordan Bowery
When he came on against Cardiff at home and failed to spot a brilliant Benteke run I knew he'd never make it at this level.
