Two Out for £30m soon

Heard a whisper that we are close to shifting two players for close to £30m. Grealish is one the other is either Andre Green or Albert - definitely not Chester

Grealish and possibly Adomah for £30m? That’s some way off, thought we wanted £30m for Grealish. Adomah must surely be an £8m player after the season he just had and goals scored? Anybody else just want Xia to die and never be seen at the club again? Can’t just be me

I think that rest assured he won't be seen at the club again.

Selling Green wouldn't be worth it, even from a financial perspective, as no one would give us a transfer fee amounting to his true value, owing to his injuries last season. When fit, he's one of our better players, and given a season in the first team, we'd be able to sell him for a lot more than we'd be able to now.

Grealish might go to Tottenham, but I don't think there's any chance whatsoever that they'd get him and Green for £30m. They'd probably have to pay close to that for Grealish alone, even if some of the fee is made up of add-ons.

Absolutely crucial to get a sell on % inserted, 20% would seem a minimum.

Who is supposedly negotiating these deals?
Our track record in these dealings is absolutely appalling so I really despair!
