Aston Villa v Wigan
Right then, I'll kick it off again and hope that the luck holds...................really not sure what 11 we'll see put out in this one with the more important game coming Friday evening, I guess I'm expecting the likes of Terry and our new "found" sensation Davies to be left out in preparation for Friday? I'll go with a 2-1 Villa win

Re: Aston Villa v Wigan
3-0 Villa
I think there's a certain level of confidence growing in the squad and even with the inevitable changes, I think we'll have far too much quality for the pie eaters to cope with.
No idea at all what the team might be, perhaps something like:
..............Steer
Hutton Samba Bedeau Bjarnasson
Adomah Whelan Doyle-Hayes C Taylor
.........O'Hare
...................Hogan
Assuming Hogan is fit and the Russian isn't. If RH-M is fit I think he'll lead the attack.
I'm thinking Hutton will be dropped for Friday, otherwise if not, possibly De Laet at RB.

Re: Aston Villa v Wigan
Apparently, this is the squad for tonight.
Steer
Bunn
Bree
De Laet
Elphick
Richards
Mitch Clark
Gardner
Doyle-Hayes
Thor
O'Hare
Adomah
Mccormack
Hogan
Suliman
Abdo
Lyden
Jordan Cox
If that is true then I wonder what the team will be?
.....................Steer......................
...Bree...Richards...Elphick...De-Laet.........
.............Gardner..Doyle-Hayes.............
.....................O'Hare............
.............Adomah.......Thor............
........................Hogan......................
Or could it be 442?
.....................Steer......................
...Bree...Richards...Elphick...De-Laet.........
..Adomah..Gardner..Doyle-hayes..Thor....
................Hogan....Mccormack.......
Either way, we need more options are left wing and left-back imo. Also good to see Gardner and Elphick are still alive.

Can't believe Gardner hasn't fucked off yet. Now I got depressed about Villa again.

I could be wrong but I doubt Elphick and McCormack will be involved tonight, plus a number of the players on the 'leaked' squad played yesterday for the u23s. Have a feelnig we might see Clark and Doyle-Hayes make their debuts, would like to see Blackett-Taylor and Hepburn-Murphy as well if they're fit.

If Hutton is starting another match I want Bruce out irrespective of results. Fuck that.

Looking at the above squad for tonight, I think that Bruce may have thrown in the towel. McCormack ffs

Very much doubt it, you can get full match commentary on BBC radio Manchester it's available online http://www.bbc.co.uk/radiomanchester/programmes/schedules you might need a VPN if outside the UK (Not sure on that) program starts at 7pm.

I think O'Hare will much much higher up on the pitch. Possibly even 442

Hilarious line up really. If youre gonna play the kids at least play people in their correct positions and start Borg. But saying that Borg wasn't even in the earlier squad list Richards was.
3 right backs starting though (sure Mitch Clark is predominantly a right back). Cos obviously we don't have enough of those

Clark is central or right-back. Although tbh lads Bree might be the one playing centre-back as didn't he do that in pre-season alongside Samba?

McCormack on the bench makes sense. He has to keep him in rotation in case we don't get a sale off. Bree however is scandalous. This means he once again intends on playing Hutton in the league. For this alone I'm firmly in the BruceGTFO camp. Don't care how he does. New manager please.

The only hope is that bree and de laet are not both playing and one of them gets 10 mins and is used Friday. Maybe Thor at lb?
I'm clutching at straws here I know!

Ah, duh, just realised the team line up is above!
That's it then, the Scottish Cafu plays Friday.
