Was just reading the newsfeed over on the sidebar and saw the rumours that Arsenal will meet Vardy's release clause.
Apparently that clause is that he can go to a Champions League club for £22m.
That's a good price - and puts our previous release clauses to shame - but is he replaceable for that money?

I saw that. Leicester fans must be cacking themselves I think he would be a tough act to follow. Fucking hate the big clubs lazy lazy way to exist - let some clubs foster talent, grow it, tend it in the right way and when it's a success they March in and unsettle players. Add that to parasite agents and no wonder there's no loyalty in the game. Hope Vardy tells them to do one.

Personally I think he'd be stupid to go to Arsenal. 1 bad season and he'd be out the door. And there's no guarantee he'd hit the ground running there.
