I will be coming from Louisville, KY, USA to my first Premier League match against Burnley in two weeks. I was hoping that some of the folks on this forum could help me with some advice on getting around Birmingham, what to do before and after the match ( I will only be there for that afternoon), best way to get tickets, and anything else that would be helpful for a first time visitor. Can't wait to see Villa Park in person. Thanks.

I should imagine you will be able to buy tickets on the day from the ticket office , but as you are coming all this way , buy your tickets online or over the phone just to make sure !

Enjoy your day mate , your first game stays with you , should be a pre Cup final party !

Welcome to the fold !

The Burnley game is selling fast, from what I've been told the Holte and North stands are full already.

As for what to do. Couple of drinks in town, then head to the tavern or Addies IMO

Online ticket website thingy is saying sold out, have a look on viagogo sharpish or you'll be stuck in the pub without a ticket!

Where are you staying? There are a number of ways to get to the ground depending on where you are traveling from.
Must try a "Balti Pie" but beware, they can either be thermo nuclear or frozen solid.
