Season Ticket Renew

Is there a certain date to renew your season ticket on line ?
The club states a 9th June deadline to renew using the interest free 9 month option, this is how i pay , i login to renew my seat for next year , but my seat isn't available ?

Id give the club the a call - they can sometimes gets things wrong re season tickets. Season before last they phoned and asked why I hadn't renewed when I renewed ages before !

They've done the same with me before!
I thought the deadline if you want to pay over 9 months was the 6th June? Doesn't matter, I'll do it at the end of the month like I always do
