Where do you regularly sit at Villa Park?
Where do you sit at Villa Park?
New forum so lets find out where we all watch from. The poll is multiple choice and is intended for you to say where you regularly watch from.
I'm in the Lower Holte these days, by the way.

Witton Lane upper. Moved across from the Trinity when they reduced the prices in P8.

Trinity next to the dug out and Hookey when I get time to go down.

Re: Where do you sit at Villa Park?
The last three times I sat in the lower Trinity near the Holte. Great seats and I usually try to get them in that area now.
Before that I sat in the Lower Holte once and also the lower Witton Lane. It is expensive for me to go, getting flights and that (especially if Sky change the kick-off time and I end up needing to change flight etc).

But couldn't bring yourself to vote 'Doug Ellis Stand'?
I voted that as I couldn't see another option.

I normally watch on a stream.
Or whilst at work, find the AM radio stations and switch between them to find out how bad it is!

Usually 1am on the couch, watching Fox, bleary eyed wondering just why the hell I'm losing sleep over this dross.

The Globe Pub, Chicago, which was recently voted the best Sports Pub in America! I'm normally there with 10-15 other Villa fans

That's one hell of a following for a pub 4000 miles from Villa Park.
What time are the games usually on in Chicago?
There've been a few attempts at getting the Brisbane Villa fans together but 2am kick offs usually put paid to that idea.

Re: Where do you sit at Villa Park?
As early as 6.45am with the bar open, beer flowing and full English brekkie on the table. This Saturday we get to lay in til 12.30pm
We had 50 Villans from across North America for the opening game against Arsenal, and hope to double that number for our second North American meet up for the opening game next year!

Bit early for a brew for me but a full Englandish during that match sounds the ticket.
Makes the atrocious football infinitely more bearable, I'd imagine.

Some pictures from our first N.America meet up can be found HERE
As an ex-pat Brummie, I am more than happy to help any Villa fan who is heading over to Chicago. I've lived here on and off for over 9 years (and a further 5 in Orlando and Houston). I pretty much know the main Villa supporters groups across the US and Canada and can also help you contact any of them if you make your way Stateside. We often have people from the UK come and watch games with us at the Globe, and even recently had an Aussie supporter join us.
(and the ladies will love your accents - even a Brummie one works well over here )

Good to see you've discovered the emoticons.
Firestarters lads spent their formative years in the uk and are now LA cops. Apparently it confuses the locals when they are told they "have the roight to remain soilent, loike. Anythin' yow say will be used against you in front of the beak...."
