Can't believe this is a long term plan and I don't expect Xia to replace any of those staff. You could argue that Xia is clearing the decks for a sale - but it wouldn't surprise me if his plan is to run the club with the bare bones of an infastructure.

Bring in Cortese and he could replace both Round and Wyness, not that that will happen. Not sure our 'Chief Scout' did much either looking at our signings. It's not really these people leaving that's the problem, it's not replacing them... Essentially it all boils down to the same old subject of the club needing to be sold... Either that or Xia finds a way of financing the club, and this time brings in better people to make the footballing decisions.

Our 'head of medicine and sports science' Dan Donachie is leaving now as well. Makes me wonder who's next...
