Albert Adomah
So what do you all think of him?
I can't make my mind up. Some times he does rather well, but his awful crosses, lack of upper body strength, awful positioning and loss of possession annoys the bejesus out of me.
If we are gonna go for a 442 now with Hogan and Kodjia, I think we should probably consider dropping him for Grealish or Green.

I love him. He's like a fat Ashley Young. But on the other side. Who can't cross.
So nothing like Ashley Young at all but I still love him. His crosses need work but he works his arse off and covers Hutton a lot. A decent full back behind him and he'll be better.

I do wonder if he might be better on the left cutting inside? I do like Bertie. He grafts and about 85% of his height is in his legs

I like him too, a bit inconsistent but cant fault the effort he puts in. Good from shout Dan, worth a try.
I think he suffers from the same as the others, the pressure to win, because we are who we are and where we are, must be unbearable.... surely now Bruce can figure out his best 11 from the way he would like to play most of the time. We just need to click, for the love of McGrath , we need to click.

I think Bruce has to/will go with a bit of solidity, hard to beat/score against. That may mean sacrificing a bit of width. For me we now have the players that we could send out in a midfield diamond that can be quite flexible and adaptable. And Bruce certainly has the playing staff now that gives him options from the bench to counter anything put in front of him. It really is down to the coaching staff and manager now.

Agree matey and we picked the same team on the other thread. We do not have a real big target man so a modern formation makes more sense, good off the ball movement, short sharp accurate passing and better off the ball movement. By all means, have wingers for in game adaptability though.

I like him. Like Albrighton just doesn't fall over so much.

Really? I think Adomah falls over more than Grealish. One of Brentford's goals when he and Kodjia did their best to resemble Steven Taylor in 2007.

I like him, there are moments when he looks the best player on the pitch, but not enough of them. Last night he looked slow and as sharp as diarrhea and not for the first time. Would love to see him absolutely boss the wing.
