Nice one Trotters.

Wheres the passion for your job too and passion for the club. I love walking upto and into villa park but most of all seeing the pitch does it for me, i get goosebumps every time i see it.

I would say that very few these days have a real passion for the game and most just see it as a very well paid job. It needs to become more performance related. A low basic, playing bonus and an actual game performance bonus (broke down into both halves, with the 1st half bonus reduced if poor play in the second half). Scoring and assist bonus. Proper fines too, training ground fines for 30, 50 or 500, they dont care its peanuts.

Anyway, goodluck SB. This job aint easy at the best of times but to rebuild this club is gonna take a special breed.

Xia has said he's spoken to McCormack about difficult personal circumstances. Would loved to have been a fly on the wall for that one. Sounds like it ended with "Man the fuck up, sweaty"

Ross really was trying to make it to BHM as this footage shows.

I've said it before but I think that post going the rounds of Brucie in a kebab shop, was he getting McCormack one on their way back to BMH to help him sober up. lol!

Good. We'll do well to recoup £7-8m for him but in the grand scheme of things the £4-5m loss will be seen as decent business. We have to be rid of maggots like this.

Oh surprise, surprise, no one has enquired about signing the fat alcoholic (allegedly) lazy prick on 45k per week?

Love the way fat, lazy and prick are not enclosed in the "allegedly" brackets. Laughing

At least David Brent has fucked off to Forest now. Wonder if the Villa fans will give him rocks on Saturday if he plays for them.

I hope this is the last bad egg we sign, still a few to eject in my eyes.

I wonder if the clubs Human Resources department is up to scratch, do we even have one. I don't like washing dirty laundry in public, however, Brucie's handing of Mcfatmac should be a shot across the bough for any current or future asswipes.

I'd really like to hope that Villa do what every other football club do and have made sure, contractually, that our loan players at Forest are ineligible to play against us!

"looks like Gazza, who's let himself go" is what I said a few weeks ago having a cheeky little nibble about his rumoured taste for booze.

In retrospect, I was being very unfair: Gazza was a considerably better player.

Bit of a TBAR scoop on the real skinny. @smetro gave us the heads up on why he is such a dough-faced gut bucket and we now know he has missed some training sessions for the same reason.

Fuck off, Duncan Disorderly, you have been an embarrassment and a hugely expensive one. Best thing for us is he suffers a career-ender and we get an insurance payout. The sugarbag doesn't deserve a career as he obviously places zero value on it.

Interesting that the Fulham players didn't want him back. Great bit of scouting by RDM. Fair play to Bruce for shifting him on so quickly and at £30k a week according to reports.

Yep I think that speaks volumes about the horrible twat. He's now been gobbing off in The Scum about where is his apology from Bruce tor talking about his private life. Utter wanker I really hope we can fuck him off at season's end. How do we keep allowing these wage thieves to come to our club ffs.

Feckin ell Dan I've just spent 20 boring minutes searching the Birmingham Post - a paper that doesn't even seem to have a sports section, before realising you meant the Nottingham Post!

What a surprise? McCognac is still a fat lazy wanker after going out on loan!
