Richards going into CB as part of a back 3.

Might as well hand ipswich the win now. Fuck.

Wow Baker. Took him 25 minutes to get injured.

I honestly think we are lacking the directness, the effecient attacking football. There's too much pussy footing around. Smart arse dribbles and what not. Just be direct and do it simple ffs.

Can't believe I have to witness us having the option of Gardner and Westwood. Why on earth didn't we sign a better CM. It was obvious Tshibola and Jedinak would be out with both injuries and suspensions

That was dire. We look scared shitless , Gollini got away with a couple of errors - just nothing happening .....

Ipswich shit themselves when Grealish gets the ball.

Aside from him it's dull, uninspired stuff. There's no guile, no flare, no movement, no creativity, nothing.

The final ball into the box - as well as the corners - are just plain awful.

Gollini needs to be dropped. Now. At half time. Twice he's been caught fucking about. Clearly he's not learning. Plus a stupid throw out to Grealish that came straight back. And then he refused to come out for a ball that put Elphick right in the shit.

Westwood is nothing more than a bystander and Jedinak is a Jedinobody.

Apart from Jack, everyone reminds of that Simpson's episode....

If RDM has any sense he'll go 442 with Richards and Amavi at full-back and bring on Adomah for Bacuna so him and Grealish can go wide. We simply have nothing going forward and it's time to be positive now. A loss or draw here will simply crank up the pressure on him so why not go for it?

in theory we should be able to keep this up for another 15mins.

expect the unexpected, it might just go our way for once.

bacuna's right foot is almost as bad as his left, westwood has no feet.

Grealish and amavi not gelling, if RDM has spotted this then that's out outlet, we can punish from the left. I'd take bacuna for Adomah soon and go to a flat back4 and push ayew further forward.

The best part of the 1st half was the Villa fans singing "what a fucking shit hole" other than that I have nothing to say.

Looks like 4-4-2 already but Bacuna has done nothing so yes, stick Albert on.

But we're not putting Ipswich under any kind of pressure on the ball. It's like "oh ok then, you have a turn and then we'll have a turn". Gutless effort

Oh, and the ref is a prick. Clearly someone is going to need to be stabbed before a card comes out.

And I really cringe at "Birmingham are you listening...". Not when they're 10+ places above us and really looking forward to ripping us to shreds.

Agreed.

Time to get Adomah on. And probably consider 4 man backline. Something has to be done.

There's so little movement when we have the ball. There's nobody busting a gut on forward runs.

Ayew has to be cynical there. HE HAS to seek the penalty. Inexperienced.

Villa fans been singing "Di Matteo's claret n blue army" for 15 mins straight now. Obviously haven't been acknowledged. My guess is, he's asleep.

The funny bit is that even if we got a goal, we all know this Villa side would switch off and either draw 1-1 or fall to pieces and lose 2-1. So predictable it pisses me off.

Ipswich defence almost totally static there, yet all our players shat themselves and treated the ball like it was a bomb

Can't we just sign one DETERMINED player??? I swear to McGrath, just run at their goal. How hard can it be.
