Delighted with the business weve done this window. Had my doubts about Dr Tony - but fair play to him he's been true to his word.
Also promised a few additions in the Jan window. He seems desparate for promotion at the first attempt. Despite our middling start its still very do able with the squad we now have.

They weren't top players. Adama was promising but always injured, and being kind he looked very raw.

I liked Gana - but being kind again - he was nothing more than a solid midfielder at prem level. A loss yes - but very replaceable.

another prime example of a pleb spouting absolute rubbish. Ive mentioned on here before about Chinese people being vey honourable and passionate. they are also very loyal and like you say mate adama and gana wanted to go so there was no way on this earth that anyone who doesn't want to be here would be kept, the ones that wernt able to be got rid of will be left to rot, believe me.

Was just looking at the summer transfers are wondering who might be a regular starter.... pretty much bought a new team.

if fit, I can see all of the above starting. only two places left for last year (Grealish probably the only one guaranteed)

its a big change - hope there is lots of team bonding over the next couple of weeks. really need the team to gel quickly and get points on the board.

I've just watched a special on Pele (which included a few seconds of him playing at Villa Park - for those in the GTC, that's a hint as to a prize we might have lined up) and all the players from Santos were saying how it all boiled down to the togetherness and culture of the club. They all loved playing there and it was a really symbiotic relationship between the football and the club.

I'd love to think that his is the start of something similar for Villa.

That was a bit spesh.

In January if we need a midfielder we could do worse than look at Bradley Dack from Gillingham, lad looks quality.

Maybe it's time to lock this and rather start a January one. Especially since Xia has confirmed there will be transfer activity

That Kodjia goal was something special wasn't it what a beauty, he looks very fit and agile looking forward to seeing him at VP

In January Dr T mentioned loans i think to replace the players off on AC duty, we know he will sign players if RDM wants them he has already said he will back the manager whatever he wants and needs.

If we are in the promotion places we will be able to attract better quality so it's sooo important we do well know as a prem player or two would be nice ready for us in the Premier League bedded in for next season.
