Should he stay or should he go?
Re: Manager: Roberto's own thread
4th months since this thread started. Not good is it?
I've added a poll to get opinions now that our "Must Win/Will Win" game against Preston has concluded. Get voting.

Re: Manager: Roberto's own thread
If stability is losing 2-0 at Preston then fuck stability!
Let's get rid now before it's too late!
Even if Tony is busy he has some very well paid and experienced board members to make the decisions for him!

Last chance against the Dogheads for me.
Then he has to go and go quickly, if he has not gone already

Re: Manager: Roberto's own thread
But if he does beat Wolves....so what? Would he be fired next loss or does that buy him 3 more games? 5 maybe.
He could have got lucky in the 2nd half yesterday with all our strikers scoring twice each but the damage was done; he proved he has no tactical clue at all. Getting lucky with kitchen-sink routine ain't what management is about.

Let's hope Wyness, Little and Round have their shortlist prepared and they are on the phone now!

Think he will get the sack and Steve Clarke will take over on an interim base to start with and see if he is any better.

He should be sacked, but there's no point doing it until we have a replacement ready tbf.
Hopefully it's Rowett.

What are we waiting for, we are pissed off enough now never mind waiting till we have been done over by both our local rivals. do you honestly see this team of bottlers getting anything from these matches or will we be set up to defend at all costs.

To true, he's had enough time to turn it around or show some sort of plan, but he has no fucking clueless all season he has left us short in midfield, and then yesterday compounded it.
He's got to go and go now, if the board and Dr T are not up to it the im sure Sir Deadly will show them.
This is Dr T's 1st bit test, and to me if he doesnt pull the tigger he's gonna lose the crowd.

The fans have spoken and Tony always says fans come first?
Let's hope the rumours are true?

Re: Manager: Roberto's own thread
My problem is the team is changed all the time, need to stick with the same team, no wonder it's a mess.
Let's see what the board do and hope it works, fingers crossed and we need a lot of luck, or a decent manager who understands tactics.

Thought so too many rumours not to be true and In NARLA we trust!
Wonder if the will announce the sacking and new appointment at the same time if the Potato Head rumours are true?

Re: Manager: Roberto's own thread
Losing the away fans is a big deal. Tony worked hard to get the fans onside and won't want to lose them like Lerner did.
It isn't too early, 1/4 of the season is gone.

Re: Manager: Roberto's own thread
Agree with the away fans they have always been behind the team,
If its true about the goalkeeper remarks, he needs to apologise to the fans.the club is a mess on the field at the moment, we need the supporters it's one of our best assets.

Re: Manager: Roberto's own thread
must be going. its all over the web - the local journos are even puttingv the boot into RDM. If none of it were true the club would have said something - or some journo would have got wind of it.
prefer a big name myself, allardyce, hodgson, bruce - most of all though i want a manager - not a head coach
